Background

A major construction company contacted Eco Technical Services Ltd (EcoTech) during 2008 to discuss their current service wash procedures and the problems they were experiencing with their local Environmental Authority. Their wash procedures involved large amounts of waste wash water which the site drainage system was unable to handle.

The problem;

They were renting their warehouse and yard

The solution;

To supply them a self contained washbay with water recycle system which effectively dealt with all the clients issues and enabled them to;

Contain all the wash water; to comply with local regulations

Recycle 100% of the water; saving costs or water and soap

Continue to wash their equipment; without altering their landlords’ buildings or grounds

Relocate the entire system when their lease expired

To achieve ISO accreditation

The solution was delivered 4 weeks from order. Our engineers were on site for one day installing the platform and two days setting up the recycle system and left a happy client with a fully commissioned system having caused the minimum disruption to their site in the process.
